So, a few weeks ago, I finally got the Wolf sisters 2-pack. While I'm over the moon with Howleen, her older sister Clawdeen left something to be desired. I wished her hair looked more wild, like in the illustration on the box. So this is what today's post is about.
First, I got some inspiration from some Youtube tutorials...
Afro hair and
Crimped hair.
I also decided on my victims. They are sister Clawdeen, Music Festival Clawdeen and Venus, and Power Ghouls Frankie.
The preptime for this took quite a while...

Next step was bath time.

I let them all dry overnight, but the next day was results time! Yay!

So, once their hair was free, I gave them all a good brush & styled their hair. After that, it was time to get dressed for a photoshoot.
First up is Venus. I wasn't intending for her hair to end up so poofy, but for a first try, it's not bad.

Next up is Music Festival Clawdeen. She's got a bit of a 'Lorde' look to her, don'tcha think?

So there you have it, my first go at restyling doll hair. I'm thinking of doing Operetta, Rochelle, and maybe Cleo next time.
